I always thought this was a little dumbie, but is grater than we think.
Just by giving a smile we give happiness, we give some sort of freedom, like a kindergarden kid saying "Hey, let's be friends" or just a simple "Hello".
Smiling is as easy as blinking. Even when you don't feel like it, just to see the reaction of others can change your mood; even when you don't want to smile to someone, politeness is key.
Show your teeth, even when you don't have a price smile, but the eyes are smiling too; smiling give us a prettier and warmer look.
You don't know when this world is going to end, so give your best face and be remembered as a smiler, and not as someone who has an "unfriendly" face.
Smile like life is saying "Cheese" all day long.
