Wherever and whenever... sometimes you have to work in order to find it, but most of the times, the most beautiful things can be sponeously natural. Perfection is like beauty, subjective; and most of the times it's false, and usually, it doesn't exist. Perfection is what we all want to reach, but what if the world is already perfect in its own?
